There’s a lot of messing about with various power mods in order to have the MWD, get this cap stable and still pack some reasonable armour tank on it, but this is the result.  If you’re short of CPU, meta down the Medium Remote Armor Repairer II’s to Medium Arups.

Let’s also face it – the likelihood of you having trained Repair Drone Operation to V is slim, so using the Tech II Maintenance Drones is likely to be challenging.  The Tech 1 variants only require skilling to level II.
